Bitcoin doesn’t need regulators due to its trustless, noncustodial nature. Tradfi on the other hand does need regulators for the exact same reason. It’s only natural that the regulations placed on crypto serve to intersect and not replace tradfi rails with crypto

Regarding point 2: this is the upgrade screen, it does clearly detail the funds movement, although it doesn’t indicate a change in custody, or link to the details of a change in the underling trust model. It doesn’t appear the ToS were broken in the way I described, which is
