Over the past 20 years 🧘🏻 #Meditation use has grown faster than average in people who did not see a πŸ₯Ό πŸ’š #MentalHealth professional. This was one of several indicators in our data suggesting that πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ US adults are using #Meditation to fulfil unmet health needs πŸ₯ 🩺 πŸ’Š (6/x)

🧘🏻 🧘🏼🧘🏽🧘🏾🧘🏿 #Meditation use grew proportionally across most sociodemographic groups over the 20 years between 2002 to 2022, it grew more than 4x faster than average for 65+ year olds (5/x)
