I remember thinking about making a level that has an advyout that when deleted, different crash triggers appear every 10% of the level lol

Crash triggers historically cause levels to be ineligible for rating which has me very wary. If that were otherwise possible that would be cool though lol

I imagine I can move the text way up above the top bounds of the editor and then use 0-scaled move triggers to bring it to where I want it. I'll have to think about it a bit more in regards to how I can make it more foolproof.

Make it part of gp, so it would be ingrained in the level, so you would have to delete an entire part to delete some text, and make it hard lol

You could make a structure that spells out advyout and make it crucial to the gameplay so if he removes it the level will be impossible. If you use text objects outside the editor with the move triggers, you should have a lot of text objects as centers so the lvl will break
