What’s a total waste of money, yet people still pay for it?

@fasc1nate Expensive bottled water when safe tap water is readily available. People often pay a premium for branded bottled water, despite tap water being just as safe to drink in many places.

@_1_Independent_ @SapiensVerbum @fasc1nate The acidity? Most tap water is more basic, or am I wrong? Depending on the treatment process with disinfection(chloramines, ozone, uv, etc or chlorine gas), it's at least 7+

@mgnmHEART @SapiensVerbum @fasc1nate There are places where you might prefer tap water over bottled, but it is a rare case. Like if maybe you live in new zealand or something.
