4. Zipmex Group has filed applications for the extension of the moratorium until 2 April 2023 to support the restructuring efforts (pending consideration by the Singapore court). The Court documents filed in Singapore will be made available to all interested parties imminently.

3. Zipmex Group and a number of counsellors have considered the establishment of the creditor committee. However, we unanimously agreed that doing so might bring about unfair treatment to other creditors in different countries and create financial burden to the management fund.
