@Zeteticzz We actually work that 13th month for free if you think about it. 12months x 4 weeks is 48 weeks 52 - 48 = 4 weeks or 1 month unpaid spread out and hidden amongst the daze.

@Zeteticzz I have stopped celebrating new year. Our family celebrate it in april when everything comes alive. You can feel how wrong it is to start a new year in winter when everything is dead 😂
