In fairness there is no need for anyone to know what actions the company took. I hope they sacked the driver as they are a menace but the employer has no obligation to declare what actions they took.

Seriously though if he's a good employee don't fire him. I can guarantee the combination of injuries and social media embarrassment will be more than enough punishment for a lifetime!
