The run ends at top 8 NAIC! Cracked deck. List went 20-6-5 in total (me and @BlahTCG). Wouldn’t change a single card. Had a great time meeting everyone and playing, can’t wait to see everyone at the next big tournament!

We now have a ruling from TPCI on this, and it's that the Black Bolt Eelektrik has different text from the NVI one, so the NVI one will not be legal. Expect to see this in the FAQ soon. Apologies to the players who already dug through their old collections for Eels.

It sounds like TPCi and TPC have had different rulings on this in the past (TPC not allowing while TPCi allowing?) so we should wait and see. NV Eelektrik stonks 📈📉. (See - I was Pokémon Sabbatical then so can’t comment).
@PokemonTCG For those wondering: Japan has ruled that you CAN'T use the old Eelektrik art from Noble Victories in Standard.
