This is one of the highest profiles examples being used to say that Columbia is antisemitic. Three things are true about these statements:
1) They are clearly antisemitic.
2) They were likely not made by Columbia students.
3) They were disavowed by Columbia student protesters.
While student protesters at Columbia get smeared for comments they did not make and actively distanced themselves from, Republicans in Congress can say all sorts of racist things against Palestinians and not face any consequences.

Am I badly mistaken to think that Hebrew speakers are the only people who say “Yehudim”? I know Arabic speakers don’t (they say “Yehud”).
