My issue is more with "Not enough of the potential side effects are told to patients" and/or "the effects are either over-exaggerated (good effects) or harshly under-exaggerated (bad effects) (probably due to The Dollar)"

All of the effects of HRT are completely reversible as we're dealing with hormones already found in the human body.
