My son started out loving manga and not Western comics. As he grew, he started enjoying some of the classic superhero stories, mostly Batman and X-men. But he never found a Superman story he liked, had no interest. After seeing the movie, he wants to read them all.

This is the realest response to this question I’ve ever read on Twitter.
When I was 16, I asked my older brother to buy me a plane ticket to fly across the country and hang out with some traveling missionaries I'd met. He did. It was a cult, they made leaving difficult, they kept trying to fly me to Brazil instead. My parents didn't know. 1/.

Idk why but every crime reporter I’ve ever met turned out to be a dope ass person.
in 2009 i was the crime reporter for the now defunct Honolulu Star-Bulletin! covered every murder and mayhem incident in the city

DC has been back the past 12 months. Just about all signs across the brand from comics to shows to games to movies… showed that they were righting the ship. This, in spite of their parent company and its CEO. Which I’ve been very critical of in the past.
