@WookOfficial One of my Top 5 favorite moments in Star Wars animation. I remember growing up hating Maul because he was the bad guy, then slowly starting to like him throughout The Clone Wars, because I started to understand his past.

@WookOfficial Easily my favorite moment of the series, just so powerful for the death of a character that started out as nothing. Also could have easily been so howky and over the top with a fight that lasted forever but obviously @dave_filoni know what he was doing, he always does.

@WookOfficial No one is ever happy with the way their fav dies. While I know the thinking and art behind this approach, I just can't agree. No rants but here is my 'overthinking with too much mythology' take....

@WookOfficial Prior to disney's decision to burn the EU to the ground, there was an infinities comic that dealt with this exact scenario.

@WookOfficial I was super worried about them bringing Ben Kenobi into Rebels but this scene is one of my all time favorites. The saber duel ranks up there with Luke vs Vader in Empire.

@WookOfficial #StarWarsRebels had some of the absolute best story telling in all of #StarWars . This episode was one of the shining examples of that.
