If it was possible to arrest and imprison our way out of a gun violence problem this country would be the safest place in the world. Instead we are the opposite. “Law and Order” does not and has not worked.

How about the people he is supposed to serve and protect? If he isn't willing to listen to our elected representatives, or the people who elected them, then he is simply a domestic terrorist subverting the constitution.
