I have a feeling that the chief senses the changing of the guard and feels a little freedom to be a real chief now.
Hopefully officers all over the state flood Rochester blue and this shit stops.

Compared to cities of comparable size, Rochester has about 2x the number of cops per 1000 citizens. Only city with more is Birmingham, AL. More uniforms is so far the only response we’ve tried. Doesn’t do a thing.

Maybe instead of considering this a "city" problem to throw more police at, we in the Greater Rochester area need to finally deal with the problem of concentrated poverty that affects us all.
