I spent like 3 hours studying knee pull techniques b/c I’m finna show my team a new single leg series. Today I was wrestling with one of the girls after practice, and all I did was practice that shot. I must say, that’s prolly favorite new way to hit singles.

Finally home from preseason nattys First time at a national level event for this crew. Lotta lessons learned. 17 hours driving since Friday. 12 hours coaching. Priceless and timeless memories with the gang. I’m thankful they and their families trust me on their journeys.

It’s far too idealistic to say b/c high level talent is more accessible that we should all compete against other… There’s still major differences for most programs, which is why there are divisions in the first place lol The NCAA ain’t going for that at all 😂

This would be a cool feature for national duels. It would also be cool to have champs be able to move up divisions again But beyond that, there’s no benefit to an all division tournament. I understand the logic w/using competition but that’s not very compelling.
It’s time for the he NCAA to merge all the other division champions into the D1 bracket for the individual tournament. Wrestling is more competitive than ever. Every college coach is good. There are no more secrets to training and mindset. We can erase the stigma and create

It took me a long time, but I finally feeling balanced in my careers. Intentionality created alignment. Development gave me confidence. The rest is full trust in myself and my decision making. Planted some seeds, watered them and now I’m blooming.

I did a hip toss on my niece just playing around and I didn’t know my nephew was behind me… Young brotha took a swift Air Force one right to the face. I was shook b/c my little sister doesn’t play about her kids at all. Luckily he brushed it off and kept playing 😂😂
