@AmanCharo This is the 11 year of devolution. The rural side of Kilifi is a good example of where poverty imekita mizizi. I don't know what leaders you people elect. Your county should be disbanded and taken over by the national government.

@WamboiKuria Counties were created because of unfair distributioon of resources at national level...today we have devolution but national govt does not want to devovle more resources to counties...it devolves functions but retains resources...creating debate on creation of more counties
