All the festive vibes at St Michael’s Church this evening as our forest school themed tree went up for the tree festival. These trees will be avialable to see all weekend at the church. 🎄❄️ Ours features ornaments made by our pupils from natural resources in our forest school!

We are SO PROUD of Zak from Y5 who has been organising a mammoth chocolate donation for a local food bank in hopes of brightening the festive season for our community 🎄🖤💛 Well done Zak, we LOVE seeing our pupils upholding our values 🎄

A massive ✨well done✨ to our Y8 children who were brilliant instructors in the room- so many fantastic explanations! And to our Y5s who have taken to setting their own goals and targeting their practice like experts! 🖤💛

We love how this allows pupils to set their own goals, work with older students and work deliberately at improving their target arithmetic skills.

8️⃣➡️5️⃣ Incredible to see collaboration and leadership at its very finest this morning as 8KT came and worked with 5SH as part of our KS2 Deliberate Practice in Arithmetic. ➕➖➗✖️

Year 5 had the most incredible visit from Rent A Beast to explore lots of brilliant bugs and their life cycles! Thanks for making our learning SO hands on! 🐛🪲🕷️

KS2 had the MOST AMAZING time with @blandpoet yesterday getting totally stuck into some performance poetry and writing mystery poems. So proud of the whole team for being such good sports about it all and writing their own poems, joining in with performance. 🖤💛
