The summer construction on the Blue line is moving forward! Last weekend, our teams replaced ties and cable troughs and restored concrete under switch machines. This work keeps trains moving smoothly from track to track, helping customers reach their destinations on time.

Here’s a tip for using our new Tap. Ride. Go. payment option: hovering your Apple Watch or Google Watch above the reader while tapping your card can result in a double charge. Use the opposite hand from your watch when making a card payment to avoid this.

The 8000-Series means local jobs! Production at Hagerstown will create up to 460 full-time jobs and boost regional employment by 1,300.

The design of the 8000-Series includes open gangways, digital displays, and more handholds! ADA compliance, improved seating, wider walkways, and multi-purpose areas are key.
