Tendons NEED load (bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, literally any kind of weight). Tendons don't need more ice, tape, rest, massage, needles, bands, straps. Tendon issue? LOAD the tendon.

How to (possibly) pay for a full time strength coach: - Hire as a PE or Health Teacher (praxis certified) - Years “teaching” will determine salary - Have them teach some weightlifting class or a basic health class - 4% of salary per a team will go into a stipend - 1 year contract
