optical mocap (using cameras) is so precise it can be SUBMILLIMETER accurate the only con is you ALWAYS have to be in view of the cameras (limited range or crazy $$$$ for a big capture zone). My suit is inertial mocap (using on body sensors) which has crazy range but the accuracy
