Today I had a full office experience: hopping by desks to talk to people, pair programming, and of course, happy hour drinks. I didn’t know I missed that, and I just can’t wait to do it again ❤️.

It’s incredible to realize how deceiving our perception of our self-esteem is affected by a crapload of factors, (including pandemic isolation, false expectations and a stupid counter under everything you publish online), and how toxic that can be to our brains.

I found out two allies to reduce phone time: reduce white point and color filters. Reducing brightness improves the night shift, and turning the screen B/W when it’s not “phone time” helps me to stay focused. Accessibility shortcuts makes it easy to toggle them on/off.
