The city of San Francisco: "...prohibit use of lithium-ion batteries assembled or reconditioned using cells removed from used batteries..." Me, who does not respect the law:

The year is 1950. The US Navy dosed every resident of SF with airborne bacteria for biowarfare experiments. The year is 1965. The CIA funded a brothel in SF for mind control experiments involving LSD. The year is 2025. Somehow all these AI companies in SF are getting funding.

I don't care if it's a 3090 or whatever 20 series had 24GB. It's gotten to the point where I can't keep the graph in memory, not CUDA stuff.

Serious Question: Is there anyone in SF who will lend me a 24GB Nvidia card for like a week? It's not for AI. It's for this: https://t.co/b5eSqZtlE0

This is the reason I built this tool. To route this nightmare. And now I can.

I need you to zoom in on this. This is how FPGAs are routed, except I'm doing it in KiCad. Do you have an impossible to route backplane, or BGA escape problem? Here's your solution: https://t.co/nicXkBANDj

So because we can make anything, we make everything. It's maximalism caused by technological progress. Which, as we all know has been a disaster for the human race.

A technology created all these design trends. So what technology do we have now? Cad/cam. 3d printing. improved geometry on thermal modeling. Somehow machining is cheap! we. can. make. anything.

Design is an exploration of new technologies. MCM furniture is impossible with phenolic resins. Fashion is colorful in the 1860s because of aniline dyes. Vermeer came from an area with a lot of flax production. McMansions came about because of pre-fab roof trusses.
