Trinh Ba Phuong will be tried on appeal on this Saturday Dec 27, 2025, for "propaganda against the state" at Da Nang. His lawyer, Lê Dinh Viet, was able to visit him in prison on Dec 24, 2025. Phuong had not been informed by the authorities of the date of his appeal hearing.
