Update - We’re working with Azure support to get access to the instances that are down. It’s being escalated and bouncing around as everyone is trying to recover the old instance. We will continue to update as we have further information.

We’ve had to make the incredibly difficult decision today to shut down Vent. With the large spike in user activity Vent is currently down. Please know we are working on getting the platform up and running so that all users will be able to export their data prior to March 1st.

Vent with our announcement yesterday, the additional traffic has broken a few things. We have been working non stop with our providers to fix and will keep you updated as we know more.

Good news! Big thank you to our engineers who have managed to get us back online, we do need to wait for the servers to re-synch but things are looking up! Again thank you everyone for being so patient.💗

Hi Venters, we are aware the app is still running slow as it index's everything & rebuilds from our outage, we hope to get it back to full speed soon & will be monitoring it closely over the weekend! We are so sorry for the inconvenience & understand it's super frustrating!
