The challenge is how to ID/match urgent need to resources? Can we leverage skilled folks laid-off/at home to help?

How about - since you have locked members out of access to their money - you call members & assist them in signing on to on-line banking before they starve! What about seniors or others not computer proficient? What are they supposed to do? People can’t pay bills or eat!

What you have done by closing branches is deny people access to their money in a time of emergency. Understand the need to do this, but without notice means some have NO MONEY FOR FOOD! Senior citizens going without because of your gaffe!

So, unable to get through on phone lines - how are we supposed to eat, pay bills? Why has Vancity not called members to help them? Everyone in my family is a member
