With all due respectβ¦you are in an occupation that is short termβ¦most wont stay more than 5 years before they move onto other careers..3.8 years is the average..the only people who will benefit from a union will be the union heads..who will make that their career.

I worked for Hershey which is a Union and Iβm telling ya now it isnβt what itβs cracked up to be.
You can be fired and discriminated against still.
