@USN_Submariner My first ship was the USS Simon Lake (AS-33) in Kings Bay for about five months in 1982. I was in 38 Shop and we did a lot of work in the floating drydock, incl. two screw changes while I was there. I remember the 657 and 658 boats (rode 658 for a 3-day sea trial). Good times.
