#OTD in #History, in 1933, the #21stAmendment was ratified ending #Prohibition. It is the only Amendment to the #USConstitution to repeal a prior amendment (18th) #NewYorkers joined in the celebration then & now! #RepealDay🍻🥂🥃🍸🍾🍹🍷@PJClarkes @RadegastHall @usconstitution
