Every year as recognition of the work undertaken by Postal Workers across the UK, they are given Christmas stamps by Royal Mail. This year, for the first time those stamps are second class. If ever there was a message that summed up how they feel about our members this is it.

45 Palestinian bodies have been released by Israel. All had their hands and legs cuffed. Some were blindfolded. Some had gunshot wounds. "Others have been run over by tanks." Just imagine these were the bodies of 45 Israeli hostages released by Hamas. Imagine the coverage.

This is a disgraceful dereliction of duty from Keir Starmer, Yvette Cooper and the entire Labour government. By refusing to act on the abduction of British citizens in international waters, they are once again turning a blind eye to Israeli crimes.
Keir Starmer’s spokesman asked about Israel detaining British citizens who were on the Gaza aid flotilla, while in international waters, replies that it is a “matter for the Israeli Government”

I am shocked and appalled by the dreadful attack on Jewish people at a synagogue in Manchester. We have to challenge anti-Semitism and hatred whenever and wherever we see it. Solidarity with the victims and their families.
