A privilege to meet @ChiefAdviserGoB Dr. Yunus and discuss our shared concern for all children in Bangladesh, including Rohingya children living in camps. UNICEF remains a committed partner to the Government in ensuring that all children can reach their full potential.

In Sudan, education has collapsed. About 14 million children - out of 17 million in the country - are out of school. Hundreds of schools have been damaged or destroyed. UNICEF is supporting Alternative Learning Programme centres like this one for girls in River Nile State.

One of the many highlights during #UNGA was the strong support in ensuring youth have the skills they need for future opportunities. We’re grateful to the many partners from government, business, and youth who are taking action to make millions of young people #WorkLifeReady.

One of the best parts of this job is to meet with children and young people. Thank you to some of the fantastic participants in the Youth Advocates Mobilization Lab here during #UNGA. From local to global levels, they're driving positive change for children around the world.
