Apparently it's not deemed critical enough to be looked into. Still awaiting answers on how @CabinetsToGo thinks it's ok to have a 16 WEEK delivery time thrown at the client AFTER giving them an actual delivery date and going past it! Can someone from their side pls reply??.
@CabinetsToGo This is seriously ridiculous! 9 weeks after placing order, after being told my delvry date is Nov 11, suddenly now I am told due to holiday delays, my cabinets ETA is mid Jan!!! And cust service says "sorry, we got the email from #GraciousHomes so deal with it".
