What a week it has been for Andy Malkinson and us, his team. If anyone’s still little unclear on how exactly the CCRC has failed Andy what happens next, this explainer from @emilydugan should set it straight. https://t.co/fDWpkP2wdp

Highly recommend reading Chris Henley KC’s report on Andy Malkinson available here - https://t.co/J4XzX3kFD7 The lack of curiosity and culture of bias towards police and prosecution at the CCRC is laid bare. All the while, Andy was left to languish in prison.

Recently spent some time reading the CCRCs report and refusal to refer our son Ben Geen’s case to the COA. Astonishing how 10yrs of casework can be so deeply flawed and full of errors. The CCRC case workers failed to understand the key issues leading to Bens wrongful conviction.
