I never understand why companies make it so difficult to interact with them. @CarlsJr app and rewards sign up silently refuses to make an account on the app or website, and customer support is even more broken, requiring I select a restaurant to even ask a question.

I switched to @aboutKP this year and so far they don't answer my calls and the computer claims that I'm not in their system. No matter how many times or different phone numbers I call nothing gets resolved and the hold times are over an hour, half the time it just hangs up on me.
