Proud of @aiden_scheidler , started off the day with a basketball camp @WaynesburgMBB ,then drove back home for an X-C Meet at 10:30pm on one of the toughest courses in WV at Cabell Midland. He PR'd the course with a sub 19 min race! Today has been a rest & recovery day for him.
