No sensible employer, particularly if you are a small or boutique service company, wants to lose great employees. But I hear some bosses really hate when people resign - yet, you don’t give room for staff to discuss potential life changes that can impact their work. Your loss.

It’s appraisal season, and the conversations just made it clearer again, that people leave people, not jobs.

@Tolucomms We should adopt the use of e-signatures from verified apps like docusign that offer legal validity and locks the document from changes, versus pasting images of signatures like here.

I tell stories for organisations and the executives who lead them. I tell stories to a pre-defined audience, identifying the platforms they love, and molding the stories in the format that would be most memorable. With these stories, orgs and execs get direct business impact.

Getting fired is not an indication of your (lack of) worth. Remain confident in your capacity. Remember that ALL things work together for your good.
