Not going to be a good morning for Qantas. No automated bag drop at Sydney domestic. Staff are coping so far - had to wait only about five mins but the queue is already growing

Optus should already have had a playbook written for this sort of issue. Although its team have done crisis simulations they focused on network outages. But check out parent company Singtel's latest annual report; customer backlash, fines and litigation, they predicted it all
