Doesnât matter whether $AMC âs still on the threshold list. Iâd expect most settlement shares distributed so far are IOUs to the brokers. Real action starts when collateral turns insufficient as SP increases. Brokers all over the world will require more real shares than exist.

Securites have to stay below the âthresholdâ limit for 5 consecutive trading days, to come off. Each day restarting the clock. Ape converted exactly 5 days ago. Donât think they understand or know this rule. Shocker.
