For the final throwback of the year, a retrospective of this year:
I've hardly done any digital painting outside of client work and have instead enjoyed/survived on an outlet with traditional media and these "tiny tiny love letters" (3x4" graphite, watercolor and colored pencil)

Some modular environments done for Arenanet's GuildWars 2 in 2018. These needed to be done quickly and since they were for cinematics they needed to be fully layered with room to move the camera with parallax, so modular was a great fit!
✨Freelance Schedule now OPEN!✨
Some tiny tiny produce and tiny tiny props done as I warm back up to watercolor and colored pencils. ~3"x4"
Any requests for the next batch? :D
I like the maps a lot and think there are more in store.
new generation of tiny tiny love letters to mother nature. I'm missing Spring-life but enjoying Fall temperatures.
- graphite, watercolor, colored pencil and digital
Quick misc. color sketches done for Pocket Gems in 2017 for this week's Throwback Thursday!
Concept Art schedule opens in Feb! Hit me up for environmental and architectural concepts!

Sky, fire and water temples from the Modular Dungeon Kit for this week's Throwback Thursday, more in a bit! <3

#BlueMonday
, I guess it's supposed to be the most depressing Monday of the year? I'm excited for spring so I'll shift to Cyan on my way out of this post <3
Happy to be able to share early Pre-Vis done back in 2017 for Fogbank's Storyscape: Eternal City but very sad to hear of the studio's recent closing. Thanks Ken Capelli for your excellent Art Direction and Kate Burgess for all your help!
Will share more soon! :)
Final Day of
#MaySketchaDay
The exhaustion of painting all day nearly every day for a month has made the last few days especially difficult to process - and the dissonance of enjoying art more than I have in ages contrasted with the horror of current events hasn't helped. (1/3)
✨Freelance schedule is now OPEN!✨
Hit me up for architectural and environment concepts and especially modular design!
Here's a few of my favorites from this year's
#MaySketchaDay
Some early concepts for a game that later became Motiga's Gigantic for this week's
#ThrowbackThursday
I did a lot of these modularly of course :)

Some of the earliest bits from an RPG prototype for this week's Throwback Thursday :) I either need to get back to this project or start a new one in this style.
Super early tests from the RPG kit from a far more cluttered much less grid-based approach.
Would probably need to be a different sort of game but I still like the mess of complete chaos. Hope to dive back in sometime in the next month or two <3

! This time around I'd like to share a new project I just added to my portfolio done for PocketGems. The project was built modularly for efficiency and flexibility.
Check out the full project on my website:
Hey All,
One way or another I could really use a personal project to sink my teeth into and I'm trying to figure out what's next for my RPG kit.
Should I,
A. Make it available to the public
B. Make a game
C. Other?
Please let me know and if you have suggestions on methods <3
Going way back (8-9yrs?) for this weeks
#ThrowbackThursday
with a cinematic illustration done for ArenaNet's Guild Wars 2. Lots of things clicked for me with this one :)
I'll add the process in a bit!
