Our last client update was June 30th, episodes update live - have you been able to get into the game or are you still stuck?

Ahhhh it took all of 36 hours to crash the game. Again. Yes I already submitted a ticket. Yes I already deleted and redownloaded the game (twice because it threw an error a couple days ago too).

The bonus window has grayed out continuously, how is it that these problems persist? It's almost like you guys don't beta test anything. Why do I have to constantly be in contact with customer service to get this game to work?

I’m pretty much stuck because I’ve maxed out most of my desk cards, but I need to upgrade 3 to move forward. So basically it’s going to take forever 🤦♂️
