Your brand isn't broken. It's just not built to move. 5 steps to sharpen it:. Audit it like a stranger. Would they get it in 3 seconds?. Cut the clever. Say what you do clearly. Fix one visual element. Put your face in it. People trust humans not logos. Keep it consistent.
