Ok so I thought the final episode was underwhelming. How did we progress Boston as a character & then set him back. Why the hell was the fire there it was not needed & added nothing! Why did they leave BostonNick out of the last moment when they carried the 1st half of the show!!
@TheBLGossipGirl
I think Boston and Nicks ending made the most sense personally. Nick wanted a monogamous relationship and Boston didn’t. Nick didn’t shame him for wanting different things. Maybe they can get together in the future if Boston comes back from New York. ❤️
@TheBLGossipGirl
I don’t think Boston really regressed. I think Nick read him really well. I think Boston wants to be better but over all doesn’t know what he wants beyond. He needs to grow up a bit more. I’d be interested to see where he’d be a years later.
@JessicaRenee026
I'm fine with them not being together but the Boston in this last episode is not the Boston we've had this entire series. It was so frustrating
@TheBLGossipGirl
Yeah.. they didn’t invest time to write Boston.. their only mantra was he doesn’t need a backstory for being bad?! It almost feels like they wanted us to hate him.
I wouldn’t believe if Ep 10,11 Boston & Ep 12(2/4) Boston are the same ?!
@IAmMe_0604
Also, Boston has always been up front with what he wants from a relationship. All the people he was hooking up with knew there were other people. He was always so clear to the point of being a dick about it. But suddenly in the final episode he's not clear about these things
@TheBLGossipGirl
I think what people don’t understand is that is not like we want them together, we just don’t want Ton’s development trashed thanks to poor writing choices and because the writers took the easy way out with Ton
@LucreziaRampon2
Yes!! Them not being together was so sad because of the character development because we saw Nick choosing better and so on. But then they took the character development and threw it in the fucking trash can.
@TheBLGossipGirl
I thought the same and was scared to voice my opinion cause the fandom is so obsessed with this show lol. I felt like the finale episode was all over the place and rushed and wrapped up like a traditional BL show when I thought it was gonna be more ''unique''
@TheBLGossipGirl
I mistakenly had expectations when I should’ve known better given that this was aThai bl! How do they manage to always drop the fucking ball in every series! It felt like the writers found out they weren’t gonna get paid what they were promised and said fuck it!
@TheBLGossipGirl
WHAT YOU SAID WAS EXACTLY MY THOUGHT WHY WAS THERE FIRE WHICH ADDED NOTHING TO THE STORY AND AS A MAIN LEAD BOSTON HAD ONLY FEW MINUTES OF SCENE AND THE STORY WAS JUST 🚴三 JUST FEELING ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED IN IT🥺🥺🥺
@TheBLGossipGirl
Literally why create a redemption arch for Boston only to forget about it in the last ep. He’s always been upfront, knows what he wants/who he is, and in previous episode he was so vulnerable and genuine towards Nick. Why was all that forgotten/ignored in ep 12
@TheBLGossipGirl
So we're gonna develop this character give him effort and time and show you all that, show you progression and be like oh negroni I might as well fuck you in the bathroom while my boyfriend is waiting for drinks.
@TheBLGossipGirl
How they treated Bostons character and development was honestly trash. They s!ut shamed him this whole show and he was the only one who actually started to become self aware and was questioning his behavior and why he did what he did and they literally
@TheBLGossipGirl
While I don't disagree with you entirely, I thought this was in keeping with his character development. Boston was honest about what he wanted because he never planned on sticking around. Being left by Nick...that's the consequence that's going to kick-start his emotional growth
