Junior update:. 🐯 TCC hosted our annual Kwik Cricket Festival last Friday. 🤝 Thank you to the volunteers who helped, and to all the players & spectators for creating an enjoyable atmosphere. 🏏 Later in the weekend, the Under 11s were in action, winning yet another close game.

🐯 Just two fixtures next weekend, with the 3rd XI enjoyed a well-deserved rest. 🏡 The 1st XI will host Boxted CC at Crow Lane on Saturday. 🚌 The 2nd XI travel to Harwich & Dovercourt CC the following day. ⏰ Both matches start at 13:00pm

An unbeaten weekend for our three teams…. 🏏 An excellent all-round performance from the 1st XI resulted in maximum points away to Frinton-on-Sea CC. 🌧️ The 2nd XI and 3rd XI fixtures were both abandoned shortly after 1pm on Sunday. Just the one ball bowled in those.

🐯 Tendring Cricket Club will be hosting a Kwik Cricket Festival this Friday, starting at 6pm. Last year’s edition was lost to the weather, but we will be hoping for a repeat of 2023 which was a fantastic evening of cricket, sun, raffle prizes, burgers, and more cricket. 🏏

🐯 Our junior sessions are underway for the summer!. 👫 Saturday morning sessions are suitable for boys and girls of any ability from the ages of 5 to 16, while Dynamos (for ages 8-11) runs on Thursday evenings. 📩 For more details, contact the club.

Two encouraging performances. The 1st XI narrowly lost to a strong Ipswich side on Saturday, despite an excellent innings from Owen, and a third consecutive 4-fer from JT. A first TCC fifty from DJ was the highlight of an inexperienced T30 team's visit to Sudbury on Sunday.

Both senior games were called off this weekend, but the Juniors did manage to play some cricket - a couple of wins for the team at Chappel & Wakes Colne Kwik Cricket Festival on Friday evening.
