Ironically, it almost was. I closed 4-4 (out at 4-3) 166/371. 0 excuses, I could have done many things better. Sure thing is, I still want to compete at the highest level. I will take a break for work until January, but no doubts that I will be back more hungry than ever.

The experience itself was amazing, playing this worlds felt as the most difficult tournament I’ve ever been into. Every round was tough. I can’t be mad, I’ll keep going forward until I got what I want. Thanks to my team @eparrots_ and everyone at home for the support 🙏🙏

Massive shoutout to @Lore95VGC and @MadMosca , prepping, and laughing with you made this season unforgettable. Also, eternal thanks to @Cap_Underdogs and @eparrots_ for having me on the squad. I was proud to wear these colors, and I am sure this is only the beginning. 🚀

Here’s a breakdown of the teams and Pokémon I used to grind my CPs across regionals, locals, and global challenges 👇 I can see patterns. 100% of my CPs where gained with a Ghost type with a 120BP double target move 💀

But I’m not satisfied. I came close, too close. I lost too many win-and-ins, sometimes to dumb mistakes that still echo in my head. No serious Top Cut this season. Yet. Worlds is still ahead, and I’m determined to break the T32 curse. Dreaming is free, after all.

I moved away from comfort picks. I wanted to show I wasn’t just “that Groudon-Hari guy.” I ran mostly balance teams. unusual for me, but it felt right. And it worked. (Caly-S, Inci, Rilla and Clef my goats) I adapted, studied, traveled, and evolved. That growth? I’m proud of it.

I finished 59th in EU (49th excluding auto-invites), clocking in 974 CP. This wasn’t a fluke. Last year, I knew the path was easier. this time I had to fight for every inch. After Day 2 at Worlds 2024, I promised myself: "Next year, I prove I belong." And I did.

NAIC is over. The regular season is done. And I did it. I'm officially qualified for the Pokémon World Championships in Anaheim! 🌍🎮🔥 This year was a battle—more intense, more personal, and far more meaningful than last season. Let me take you on the ride. 🧵👇
