If I could choose a superpower it would be resilience. I believe in human judgment and in our ability to get through tough times. Stay calm, stay thoughtful, and stay true to your values, even when under pressure.📢

For young people in tech: everything is changing fast. Do not fear it. Similar shifts happened in the eighties and nineties. AI may be bigger, but brilliance and energy will always matter. The new advantage is adaptability. 🔥

To me, Techsylvania feels like family. 💙 From the staff I have traveled across Romania with, to former colleagues, to the people I now employ here. I walk around the event and see familiar faces everywhere.
