So after three years, 16 go-lives 🚀, 30,000 miles traveled ✈️, and 500+ staff trained 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫, it's come to an end! What an absolute privilege it's been to be part of such a huge project for BBC News - made even better by working alongside the most amazing people ❤️

Shambolic #Ticketmaster. Queued for 6 1/2 hours, finally getting to select seats and it is impossible. Like playing a game of whack a mole. You choose seats, and then they say they are unavailable. Shocking. They shouldn’t be allowed to have a monopoly on tickets sales #Oasis
