What’s wild is Lamar never asked for a fully guaranteed contract. The Ravens guarantee stopped at 133 Million. After everything Lamar has done in 5yrs, saving Harbaughs job in 2019-2020 yet till this day the Ravens still ranked 32/32 in $ spent on offense. Lamar needed help.
How other NFL teams have talked about Lamar Jackson within the last week vs how the Ravens have talked about him:
49ers HC Mike Shanahan: "We got three QBs that we're pretty good with right now."
Bucs HC Todd Bowles: "We know it's time for us to get under the cap, and he makes…

Where TF are you getting your incorrect information? Do you mean the Ravens spend less on wide receivers then any other team because according to Sports trac they are 3rd in the league in offensive spending with 54% of their cap space being used for offense. The OL takes up 21%

The Ravens have never been the lowest spending team on offense. Low in ‘19-‘21, but upper 1/2 of league in ‘22. Also, the effective contract he rejected would have guaranteed $175M if released due to injury, and $200M if he was on the Ravens roster 1st day of 2024 year.

To be honest we don’t actually know what the ravens offered Lamar. Neither the team or Lamar have told us. And he’s been so cagey about what he wants. Dude just tell us. You’re already getting on Twitter commenting to fans. Lamar you’ve totally miss played this.

Lamar has been to fixated on this singular contract.Josh Allen ahead 50+ million over Lamar. And will get a second contact by the time Lamar pays out his second tag. This hard ball should have happened at end of mvp season. Love Lamar as a player. But he is getting a schooling

How can they spend the least on offense, when they have a top 5 paid TE and LT? That alone moves you from 32nd to about the 25th rank.

You missed the point You must not be a good football fan. He had two good years, One average year, two really bad years. 2 years in a row he's missed 1/3 of his games if you give him what he wants it comes out to about 3 million a game. That would be 33 million. Wasted

He def needs help at skilled positions, especially WR, no more misses in draft. But the ravens $133 ain’t chump change, it would’ve made him the 2nd highest paid QB in $ at time of signing in the league. Factor in the 2 seasons hes failed to finish, it’s more than fair compromise

Kinda odd that the colts jet was in Baltimore right before the owners meetings and the colts owner said he doesn't believe in fully guaranteed contracts. I honestly believe the colts talked to the Ravens FO to give them that information. So I'm thinking it is a fully guaranteed.

No, it wasn’t 133. It’s 133 “at signing”. It awards 175M for injury. If he is rostered in the beginning of “year 3”, he is guaranteed 200M. Is Lamar afraid he won’t be good enough to make the roster on year 3 of the deal? Full value is 290m. Is he afraid to play for it
