Animal Kingdom is already the most beautiful park at WDW but man when it rains? WHEN IT RAINS?? Oh man, it gets this rainforest vibe and is stunning.

Doing the animal trails and the animals taking shelter so they’re right next to the windows is just *chef’s kiss*.
And finding a nice covered spot in the top of the amphitheater and just watching everything is a zen moment I adore

Having worked in that park for years, I absolutely agree. It is almost like a separate experience from when it is hot & sunny.

I had one time I ran from the exit of Dinosaur to Restaurantosaurus in the rain and that was fun. But also a different time it was raining at AK and then my socks and shoes were wet by noon, not fun.

there is an umbrella covered area with tables, we ate lunch there while it was raining

Riding Everest in the pouring rain is an experience 🤣! One of my favorite days at Disney with my kids involved a rainstorm while at AK. Love those pictures even tho we’re all soaked
