On Saturday night a large team of 11 braved the cold and went to Harty Marshes on Sheppey. We caught 35 Knot, 2 Bar Tailed Godwit and singles of Dunlin, Redshank and Barn Owl. The Redshank was colour ringed and one of the Knot was ringed by us in 2013 as an adult.

The weather finally allowed us to get out for a session on Saturday evening. Seven of us took a catch of 24 birds including the 4th ever Brent Goose ringed by us (the first since 2004). We also retrapped a Dunlin ringed by us in 2012 and another had a Finnish ring on. #waders
