I'm glad/regret asking this because I'm getting an early preview at what it's going to be like dealing with the comment section I will end up ignoring.

@SuperFoxcade I am all ears because I have a love/hate relationship with that show.

@SetnaroX I'm not saying it's without flaw, but so many of the critiques I see regarding it are so dumb or miss the point of the show

@SuperFoxcade like for me im going to be honest i watch the first Eps of it and i dont liked it where headed it but its years ago maybe i just need to watch someday because i loved Avatar

@PoiTiablo Honestly the most frustrating thing I hear about Korra is that "It's not ATLA", which... yeah. That's more or less kind of the point. It's Korra's story, not Aang's.

@SuperFoxcade I enjoyed the first season a lot, thought the beginning of the second was boring and dropped off. Admittedly I didn't watch Avatar yet.

@scorpionblooded Season 2 is the weakest season but it's still got some strong moments and opens up plenty of ideas to explore in the future.

@theRazbuten God, I'm so not looking forward to having to root through the trash bins of Youtube to find what some people so utterly hate about this show.

@SuperFoxcade I genuinely believe the biggest reason why it gets so much hate is because it’s the sequel to the best show of all time, of course it’s going to be disappointing

@DibiaseNoah That's my general take away on it. I think many get hung up on that and don't even recognize that it's trying to explore a different side of the world rather than repeating what ATLA did.

@AlanBrizan People can dislike it if they want. I'm not going to argue if someone personally just didn't vibe with it. Saying it's objectively bad or pushing bad faith criticisms though? Nah. I aint about that.

@SuperFoxcade Would you mind giving your top 2-3 reasons why you think Korra is great?

@Sal_Zuri 1. Korra's a well-explored protagonist that goes through the opposite type of development that Aang goes through 2. Explores a world that might no longer need an Avatar once international politics are established 3. Fantastic villains that actually surpass ATLA (save maybe Azula)
