I don't consider it unethical to pay someone 2-3x+ what they could make locally.
My Ops Mgr is in the top percentile of earners in her country, making more than doctors/lawyers/engineers/etc.

We currently use ESS from Utah. Connect this to Quick Books Online then connect QBO to your online banking platform. Does all your mentioned steps and reconciliation daily. I did all this for our sites and took some doing but well worth the effort.
